Green Olive Pate Variety Nocellara taste fresh, soft and light

A pate perfect for younger consumers, who appreciate the fresh, soft and light taste of green olives. An interesting alternative to the more classic black olives paté. The product is obtained for debittering and subsequent fermentation in a solution of sodium chloride drupa of Olea europaea, Nocellara, subsequently deprived of the petiole and stoned, then subjected to crushing on steel cage. It is packaged in drums with the addition of extra virgin olive oil for the purpose of filling.

USE:  
This product is suitable for filling delicious quick snack, sandwiches and nibbles for appetizers. It is ideal for rice salad dressing, but it is also great on fish dishes.
