Olive Pate Variety Peranzana intense and decided flavor.

The most classic pate, that gives off all the intense and strong flavor of black olives typical of our land, enhanced with a drop of extra virgin olive oil. The product is obtained by direct fermentation in a solution of sodium chloride of the drupe of Olea europaea, variety Peranzana, subsequently deprived of the petiole and stoned, then subjected to crushing on steel cage. It is packaged in drums with the addition of extra virgin olive oil for the purpose of filling.

USE:  
Great for garnish croutons or toasted bread, is well suited as an ingredient in rustic sauces and for the preparation of "pasta alla puttanesca", also tasty spread on boiled eggs.
