The artichoke is a typical product of Apulia.
Their quality is linked to the use of local varieties and the traditional processing technique. Typical product, traditionally refers to the custom of the preparation of the "pantry" for the winter that is repeated every year as the harvest, the picking. This product is sophisticated, processed using only the best that our land can give. Produced by wrapping in oil of whole artichokes, already processed by boiling of the inflorescences. The process takes place with the addition of white wine vinegar, garlic and salt to enhance the organoleptic characteristics. It comes packaged with the addition of extra virgin olive oil.
